2021 – Events & programs

* Native American History Through Art & Artifacts. 
Tuesday, November 16, 11:45 am, Montrose Center for the Arts. To coincide with Native American History Month. With Ute Museum: movie, guest presentation by Janet Washington and art display. Also Native American flute music by Julia Reid, MCA’s November featured artist.

First Friday Reception Solo Show by Cheri Isgreen, Bill Wilson Ceramics.
Friday, December 3. Live music by The Spike. Special workshops by Cheri Isgreen.

MCA Members Private Open House.
Thursday, December 0. 3-7 pm. Live music, art demonstrations, Libations and refreshments.

Tuesday, January 18, 1 pm. Montrose Senior Center. With guest presenter from Ouray Historical Society. Books related to topic for sale from Ouray and Silverton historical societies.

* Valentine History: Casanova, Cupid. Chocolate.
Monday, February 14, 1 pm. Montrose Senior Center.
Wednesday, February 16, 11:45 am, Montrose Center for the Arts.
Includes candy from local candy-maker both venues, and local wines and flowers at art center.

* Native American History Through Art & Artifacts.
Monday, March 14, 1 pm. Montrose Senior Center. With C.J. Bradford, Director, Ute Museum. Special display and Native American flute music.

* Peace Parks in Africa.
Monday, April 11, 1 pm. Montrose Senior Center. Includes movie, display, and special guest appearance from Peace Parks representative.)
