Ages. These are adult classes. We ask that attendees be age 16 or older. We do occasionally have some younger teens, so long as they are responsible and like to create. Children under 16 must attend with an adult. No children under 12 please and must be 21 to consume alcohol.
Please register online at least 24 hours before class starts, so we have enough materials for the class.
Walk-ins, Yes, but only if seats and supplies are available. Walkins are cash only at the door, no discounts.
Masks and other health issues: Masks are optional, and separated seating may be requested–if space is available. All work areas are cleaned before your class. Please do NOT attend a class if you are feeling sick. If you are sick and have pre-paid, contact us for a raincheck.
Cancellations. We reserve the right to cancel class at any time for any reason, including too-low registration, venue date conflict, or inclement weather. Cancellations may be redeemed for refund or raincheck. (See below.)
Refunds. Available if we cancel class and you don’t reschedule. If you cancel, full refund less $25 admin. fee if you cancel 30 days prior to class or have personal emergency. Otherwise, no refund unless we can resell your seat, but rain check is still available.
Rainchecks. Reschedule a class or workshop for different date. Rainchecks good for up to 12 months and can be applied to any class or workshop.
Privacy. We do not resell your contact or registration information, but we do use it to contact you about future classes and activities unless you opt out of future communications.
Welcome Back. I love seeing familiar faces and getting to know you. ALL my classes offer Welcome Back! discounted price for anyone who has taken a class with me in the last two years.
Group Discount. Creative classes are time to socialize and meet new people. We encourage you to come with friends, family, co-workers. Set up a group of 6 persons and get a *Group Discount. Order a pizza or other food, and we’ll supply soft drinks.
Free Seat. Suggest a class, and if we schedule it and have 6 or more registrations, mostly from people you don’t know, your seat is free. Art classes are time to socialize and meet new people. Email me. kate@kathrynrburke.com to get started.
Private GROUP Class (at Montrose location). Got a bunch of friends that want to hang out and have fun? Book a group class for a discount price. Order food, and we’ll supply soft drinks. (Minimum 8 people) Questions or want to set it up? Email me to check date, time, and location availability. kate@kathrynrburke.com.
Private class or workshop at MY home studio in Montrose. May – August. Schedule 2-hr sessions, between 11 am and 4 pm. Limit 4 persons. Tuition varies, depending on skill level and materials cost.
