Artist: Virginia Blackstock

Burke] Virginia Blackstock is a professional watercolorist who has had her paintings published in five Watercolor books, American Artist Magazine, The Artist Magazine and International Artists Magazine. She has had 64 Solo Shows of a month duration in galleries, art centers and museums in 3 states. She painted a 17’X 40’ mural honoring the Cattlemen of Delta County.

Virginia has earned the distinction of Signature Member in 13 National Watercolor Societies including those of Texas, Pennsylvania, Colorado, New Mexico, Montana, Missouri, Louisiana, Kansas, Rhode Island, San Diego, Audubon Artists of Am., Rocky Mountain National Watermedia, and a Master Painter of Western Colorado Watercolor Society. Virginia has been listed in Who’s Who In American Art since 2004 and in 2018 was awarded their Marquis Lifetime Achievement Award.
